All Ages Future Farmsteaders
Friday Sept 11th 9:00–11:00 AM
Future Farmsteaders is a hands-on agricultural education program for kids who are ready to build real farm and homesteading skills.
Through hands-on activities and experiences around the farm, students will explore animal care, gardening, agriculture, food production, homesteading, and the day-to-day skills that help keep a farmstead running.
Students will have opportunities to work with animals, care for plants, participate in farm chores, complete projects, learn basic agricultural concepts, and develop greater independence and responsibility.
Our approach combines structured learning with hands-on, child-led exploration. Rather than simply learning about farming from a book, students get to experience the work, ask questions, solve problems, and practice skills themselves.

Future Farmsteader
This registration is for one child to participate in the Junior Future Farmsteader program at Leaning Post Acres. hands-on activities focused on animal care, agriculture, gardening, homesteading, and practical farm skills. **One ticket = one participating child.** Parents and guardians are welcome to stay and observe. Children must be accompanied by a parent or designated adult at drop off
